This class is a hands-on environment where you will be learning step-by-step instructions on the basics of prepping and creating divine sushi rolls. Prepare to dive right in to this culinary world, as you create sushi rice in the traditional manner and slice up fresh vegetables to incorporate into your rolls. Discover enchanting ingredients as you roll up California rolls and more. The best part will be enjoying your culinary sushi masterpieces!

It was great to spend time in an actual working kitchen with Chef Eanes. Cooking a pizza in an actual wood fired oven was an amazing experience and it tasted fantastic! His knowledge of his cuisine was extensive and it was fun hearing about all of his experiences as a chef around the world. He loves talking about food and I had a great time!
Meet your chef
Chef Todd is a certified executive chef with over 30 years of experience, and over a decade of experience as a culinary arts instructor. He formerly served as the culinary program manager for the U.S. Antarctic Program, interned in Austria after graduating from culinary school, and worked in Russia cooking for U.S. embassy personnel. Today, Chef Todd is the director of Food and Nutrition at a large hospital, and is a phenomenal culinary instructor.
