There is nothing quite like pasta made from scratch. In this class, you will learn techniques needed to create a plate of divine handmade pasta.
Start your meal off with a beautiful caprese salad. Learn how to blend the ingredients just right so the aromas and flavors are balanced perfectly. Next will be your star dish — handmade pasta! Discover the intricate nature that goes into making pasta by hand. You will be in awe at your newfound pasta-making abilities! End the night with a luscious dessert of berry sorbet.
