Caribbean food is all about spice that is just right with added flavors that are often unexpected but absolutely amazing. You will have the opportunity to create a Caribbean plate with a traditional flair: marinated jerk chicken topped with a sweet and spicy mango, jalapeño and garlic salsa. End your tropical culinary journey with bread pudding featuring toasted coconut and a rum-cream sauce.
