From sushi to poke, Chef Kuniko displays a mastery of Asian fusion food, and she does it with warmth and friendliness. Ingredients are fresh, flavors subtle but intricate, and her Ahi tuna is perfectly seasoned and seared. Her demonstrations are easy to follow, but she has a wealth of knowledge to share, so make sure to ask questions - you will definitely learn something!

Raised in Hawaii by a mother who was a professional chef and restaurateur, Chef Kuniko has found her own passion for cooking and teaching others how create magic in the kitchen. Chef Kuniko was a private chef for the last several years and the owner of a company that taught cooking classes to children at various elementary schools in Austin. She now owns her own personal chef business and teaches incredible cooking classes.
