When making curry, there is only one way to do it: from scratch. In this hands-on class, Chef Malik will teach you how you can make your own curry sauce so you can avoid premixed sauces and powdered shortcuts and enjoy a rewarding cooking process that is not as difficult as you might think.
Not only will you learn how to master the art of curry, but also how to prepare the perfect rice with fresh herbs, build an eye-catching presentation, and finish with a unique take on rice pudding.
