In this hands-on class with Chef Sally, you'll learn how to make the brunch menu of your dreams a reality and discover that brunch at home can be simple, inexpensive, and utterly divine.
Chef Sally will begin by teaching her method for making scrambled eggs so soft they're almost like custard, while a touch of truffle oil takes them over the top. Next, you'll learn a decadent recipes for buttermilk pancakes topped with caramelized apples and pecan-honey compound butter before mixing and matching spices and seasonings to form your perfect sausage patty.

I absolutely LOVED the Cozymeal experience! Chef Sally was so kind and she took us through the steps really well. She gave us a lot of good tips and the food was amazing! It was nice because the food was delicious and Chef Sally was also really personable and fun to chat with. At the end of the meal, she even cleaned up all the dishes so we didn’t have to worry about the mess! I thought that was such a nice touch and it took away all of the stress of having to clean up afterwards. I booked Cozymeal as a surprise birthday gift for my boyfriend and he loved it. He said the experience was so much fun and a great memory. My overall experience with Cozymeal was wonderful. The booking was easy and making changes to my booking was super easy as well. I definitely plan on using Cozymeal again. I think it’s such a fun experience and we had a really great time.

We had an amazing time and the food was delicious!! It was fun to learn some different ways of doing things and tips to put a spin on some classic breakfast dishes. We will definitely do another cooking class!

Sally went above and beyond with providing us a fun and enjoyable dinner night. The food was so easy to make, and tasted delicious! We learned a ton of cooking tips and tricks, and just had an overall blast. Sally’s passion for cooking is simply the best, and we hope to cook again with her soon!
