Cooking Class - Vegetarian Pizza
In this hands-on class, Chef Michelle will teach you how to create a deliciously varied and bright three-course menu featuring soup, pizza and an indulgent dessert.
You will begin with the healthier fare, including a vibrant and naturally creamy rosemary, carrot and avocado soup bursting with flavor. Then, you will move on to preparing a from-scratch margarita pizza featuring fresh ingredients. For dessert, you'll choose from chocolate, banana and coconut milk ice cream, Oreo cheesecake dark chocolate truffles, and a dessert version of Russian vareniki filled with cherry and cheesecake.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
