Cooking Class - Vegetarian Pizza

A well-balanced diet can include pizza and sweets, and Chef Michelle proves that in this menu.

In this hands-on class, Chef Michelle will teach you how to create a deliciously varied and bright three-course menu featuring soup, pizza and an indulgent dessert.

You will begin with the healthier fare, including a vibrant and naturally creamy rosemary, carrot and avocado soup bursting with flavor. Then, you will move on to preparing a from-scratch margarita pizza featuring fresh ingredients. For dessert, you'll choose from chocolate, banana and coconut milk ice cream, Oreo cheesecake dark chocolate truffles, and a dessert version of Russian vareniki filled with cherry and cheesecake.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Michelle is a skilled Chef with a vibrant, warm personality. Her focus is nutrition, and wellness, instructing how to prepare nutritional health meals that offer flavor, and balance. Her vegan pizzas were absolutely delicious, full of flavor without the guilt! The raw soup-rosemary carrot avocado w/the fresh cucumber salad was absolutely divine, made with fresh herbs from her garden.I learned a lot about the nutritional value of the ingredients, and how they all come together to create delicious, healthy meals. Her winning personality, and knowledge, made for a wonderful dining experience.
