Cooking Class - Mexican Street Food Staples
In this hands-on class with Chef Chris, you will discover why street food is so deeply engrained into Mexico's culinary culture as you learn how to prepare a traditional spread of Mexican street food staples.
Chef Chris will begin by showing you how to prepare fresh guacamole. Then, you will learn how to make the infamous street corn as well as chicken sopes with homemade salsa verde and all the fixings. Lastly, you will end on a sweet note with a batch of traditional buñuelos sprinkled with cinnamon sugar.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
