In this hands-on class with Chef Jason, you'll explore the origins and deep traditions behind all things pasta, including the art of creating and matching sauces that are traditionally paired with certain pasta shapes.
After preparing a beautiful homemade focaccia, Chef Jason will teach you how to handcraft two distinct types of pasta — egg pasta and semolina pasta — and share their storied past. Then, you will use your freshly made pasta to create four irresistible recipes and end the class by sinking your fork into deeply delicious bowls of bliss.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
