In this hands-on class with Chef Laurent, you will learn how to prepare a traditional French dinner that's easy enough for a weeknight, but stunning enough for a special occasion.
Chef Laurent will focus on teaching how to master the method of braising. Braising is the best way to assure you'll be tucking into tender, juicy fillets every single time as the fragrance of the cooking liquid subtly infuses into your cod. You will also learn a classic French dessert featuring a beautiful golden crust encapsulating a moist, almondy interior.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
