To taste the heart and soul of what makes Italian food so divine, you must cook in synchronicity with the farm! In this hands-on class with Chef Latisha, you'll learn how to do just that and create a beautiful Italian farm-to-table feast.

Italian cuisine is built on a foundation of fresh, in-season ingredients that don't stop anywhere other than your kitchen on their way from the farm to your table. Using these ingredients, you will prepare a three-course menu of signature Italian dishes perfectly suited for the season.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

She's also responsible for the instruction and curriculum of the culinary arts classes.
