Cooking Class - Make Spanish Paella - Private

Learn the secrets of creating Spain's national dish with Chef Camila.

Spaniards love to cook the slow way, and enjoy the entire process, from buying the ingredients, to prepping them, to sitting down to eat them over a long chat. During this 3-hour hands-on class, Chef Camila will teach you how to make everyone’s favorite Spanish recipe from scratch, taking time to explain the process. While the paella is simmering, enjoy a selection of tapas and Spanish wine. Chef Camila will change the variety of Paella, according to what’s available seasonally. Vegetarian Paella is available upon request.

The event includes Spanish wine, a three-course meal, instruction, and the recipes to take home with you.
