Chef Polly is very friendly and knowledgeable! She taught us how to make various Korean street foods. Everything was explained very thoroughly, from how to prep the ingredients down to the cooking with lots of opportunity for hands on experience. I’m excited to make the dishes she taught us!

We had such a great time with Chef Polly! Her kitchen is beautiful and perfect for groups. There were three couples and we all had lots of hands-on time and plenty of food. We're excited to make her recipes at home and also use some new techniques we learned.

Chef Polly was a great host and chef! Her home was welcoming and warm (she had a very thoughtful playlist and tea waiting). We learned everything from the basics (i.e. good hygiene and knife skills) to how to make more complex Korean dishes including kimchi pancake, steamed buns (dumplings), and dalgona (the cookies in Squid Game). I would recommend her to any chefs, whether novice or expert <3
