Chef Polly was fantastic throughout the evening. She was prepared, thoughtful, instructive and had a great cooking style. She knew the recipes intimately well and could explain ingredient choice/origin. She also made the instruction fun, with clear thought and creativity injected into each dish. We will definitely be trying a few of the dishes again.
