Chef Reggie is clearly well-versed in the fine dining universe. His experiences are intimate, personalized and he knows exactly how to adapt to every different kind of personality. As for his cooking classes - from beginner to advanced - he is also kind, patient and educational, all at the same time. You don't want to miss an opportunity to learn from this chef, that is for sure!
