Indulge in the fresh, sun-drenched flavors of the Mediterranean with a private chef experience led by Chef Reggie, an esteemed culinary talent celebrated for his vibrant, herb-forward approach to seasonal cooking. The evening is designed for sharing, savoring and lingering at the table – every detail handled from start to finish.

 

The spread opens with warm pita alongside roasted garlic and Feta, followed by a bright Mediterranean tomato salad with Kalamata olives and fresh herbs. Grilled lemon and herb chicken thighs arrive with homemade tzatziki and warm flatbread for a generous, crowd-pleasing centerpiece. Chef Reggie is clearly well-versed in the fine dining universe. His experiences are intimate, personalized and he knows exactly how to adapt to every different kind of personality.
