Graduated in the NY culinary school and worked in 3 Michellin Restaurants, Brenda Villacorta, it is a young chef with a experience that any chef will dream with. Her food was exquisite, the use of the honey, almonds and goat cheese is her secret. Besides the location, a classic bakery with all the tool you can imagine, I highly recommend chef Brenda.

I had an excellent time with Chef Brenda! We made brioche, ciabatta, and sourdough together. They were some of the most beautiful and delicious I've ever had! She has plenty of tips and great recipes.
I started working with Chef Brenda in New York while i was working at Le Bernardin. Brenda was in charge of the majority of their pastry production to get the pastry crew at night ready to execute a perfect service. I was very impressed with her love for food, organization, and strength of leadership in a kitchen.
