My friend and I had the pleasure of taking Chef Jamie’s Southern Comfort Food class and we LOVED it. She was patient, prepared and passionate about teaching our class. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking to learn how to make amazing food!!!

We loved the class!!!! Just thought this would be fun class to do with my sister but chef Jamie inspired a new way of think about cooking during the week. Get it done over the weekend and enjoy all week. If you are struggling to fin time to cook during week I highly recommend taking the meal prep course. Also we were intimidated by going to chef’s house but Jamie and her husband make you feel very welcome.

We did this for a date night (A Night In Paris) and loved it! Chef Jamie helped us to create a delicious 4 course meal. We had a great time and learned several different cooking techniques we had never used before. We have even discussed going back to celebrate my mothers birthday in the spring. Only minor downside was Cozymeal had shown the location as Cincinnati but it was actually in the Lebanon area. It made our drive a little further than we had hoped but it was still worth it. We hope others will enjoy the experience as much as we did because we can't wait to go back to learn more in the spring.

Chef Jamie provided me with a warm and inviting experience through her food, personality, and her home. As a chef, her food reminds you of the joy of sharing a meal together. I would recommend Chef Jamie to anyone looking for cuisine that balances between comfort and elegance. P.S. Her Triple Layer Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie is unbelievably delicious.

Chef Jamie did a great job for our event. The food was always ready on time, hot, very tasty and she was really attentive to the food allergies and special needs of the group. Definitely one of the best caterers I've experienced.

Jamie cooked delicious, homemade meals for our large group (85 women) for 4 straight days - 3 meals a day - and I received nothing but great feedback! There was always a variety of options - soups, vegetables, potatoes or rice, and delicious meat / main dishes. The desserts were always a treat! She was extremely flexible and creative in providing for special dietary needs. Those people in particular said it was the best catering experience they had ever had. They never worried if they were going to find food that would be tasty and that fit their special needs. I will definitely contact her again when I have catering needs in the area.

Every single meal I have tried from Chef Jamie is delicious. Chef Jamie has great variety, nutritious and very tasty. She is clean and is very easy to work with her. She also have a great presentation. She definitively is an outstanding Chef!

My husband and I got married two weeks ago. Jamie made our wedding cake! When going through the wedding prep process everything seems stressful, Jamie made the cake process so easy! We met to have a tasting (which if we could of had all of them it would have been amazing lol...they were all delicious!) she was well prepared, personable, and just overall wonderful! I am a very indecisive person and she helped me think of what I really wanted! We found a few pictures of what we wanted it to look like and boy she did come through! Our cake was even better than any photo out there and then let’s not forget the taste! We had a white chocolate with a raspberry filling and a chocolate cake. Everyone was blown away with how good it was! Jamie sure knows what she is doing!! We can’t thank her enough!
