This hands-on cooking class with Chef Jamie will focus on stress-free ways to prepare a week’s worth of delicious, healthy meals that save both time and money.
Begin by preparing an umami-filled honey and dijon-glazed salmon salad, followed by savory skirt steak with spinach and mushroom hash. Next, Chef Jamie will teach you how to make a Hungarian chicken paprikash pasta bursting with flavor, simple smothered meatballs over chive mashed potatoes, and tangy chicken chilaquiles with peppers and tomatoes.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
