Chef Shelby features the colors and flavors of fall in this sit down, three-course dinner menu.
This rustic, autumnal menu captures the warmth and vibrancy of the season. Start your fall feast with a colorful roasted beet and frisee salad with hazelnuts and goat cheese. Choose from short rib ravioli or pomegranate glazed Cornish hen and enjoy a dessert of salted caramel pear tart a la mode. This understated but refined seasonal menu is served and prepared on site by professional chef Shelby.
