This menu showcases the best flavors of fall, from hearty sausage and kale soup with home baked bread to a tasting trio of petit fillet of beef, wild striped bass and fresh ravioli. Chef Lisa creates a presentation of flavor and visual appeal with this beautiful, four-course feast.

I booked Chef Lisa's Land & Sea summer buffet with my friends in my community room and was amazed by the quality of the food and her presenting it to us and serving our 16 guests. Chef Lisa is a very seasoned chef and you see it in everything she does in the kitchen. In addition to this full-service catering menu, we had also booked her drop-off menu and both were fantastic.

Lisa was warm and friendly, great with the kids, so efficient and fast, made sure to clean every last dish that we had and took all trash with her. Food standouts were her delicious avocado dip, juicy steak, yummy wild mushrooms, amazing molten lava chocolate cake.
