Meet your chef
I have a strong passion for homemade, fresh, health-supportive and mostly plant-centered cooking. I attended culinary school in Barcelona and at the Natural Gourmet Institute in Manhattan. I recently moved to Berkeley after 15 years in Barcelona, learning and loving the culture and the local food scene. The Americans I taught there urged me to bring the Spanish food to California. Here, I created Sobremesa - Food from our Barcelona Kitchen.

Wonderful Spanish Paella class! The booking process on Cozymeal was simple, the food was delicious and the class was a lot of fun!

Chef Camila made us feel very welcome in her home. We were a group celebrating a birthday and had a wonderful time learning about Paella, cooking it and eating it soon after. Everything came out really well and Chef Camila is an excellent host and teacher. Would definitely recommend to any group size!
