In this Italian dinner, Chef Jen will prepare a feast using fresh Northern Californian ingredients.
She'll start the meal off with flatbreads and a beautiful tricolore salad topped with a crisp, curled Parmesan Reggianno fricco. Then for the main entrée, she'll serve a perfectly cooked leg of lamb on a bed of fregola with homemade salsa verde.
For dessert, Chef Jen will present a beautiful chocolate torte with whipped mascarpone and fresh berries. If the weather is nice, you will all be able to enjoy the dinner outside in her beautiful backyard.
