Join Chef Jen for a magnificent dinner highlighting local Californian ingredients. In this private chef meal, she'll prepare an asparagus bisque with a swirl of crème fraîche, followed by risotto with mushrooms and wild salmon with a delicious caper-currant vinaigrette.
To top it all off, Chef Jen will serve a heavenly strawberry shortcake with freshly baked buttermilk biscuits, and perfectly whipped chantilly cream.
