Enjoy a luxurious and delectable evening of traditional Spanish tapas recipes prepared by an expert Spanish chef, with local, seasonal and organic ingredients. Chef Camila rotates her menu according to the seasons and what’s available at our local farmers’ market, where she carefully sources her ingredients.
The event includes Spanish wine and a tapas-style dinner
Several different plates to share a bit of each of the dishes while we chat, drink, and enjoy the evening.
Examples from previous events that we might repeat include:
Mussel tortilla, zucchini roll-ups filled with goat cheese and baby spinach, gazpacho shots, olive caviar montaditos, roasted Mediterranean vegetables with romesco sauce, chocolate lollipops with Orujo liqueur, mini rice pudding casseroles.
Most dietary needs accommodated upon request (gluten free, vegan, etc.)
