Chef Betsy has mastered the art of entertaining and comfort cooking. In this private dining experience, she'll serve an array of dishes that are perfect party plates! Join this fun event, kick back, socialize with your friends, and talk with an accomplished chef!
Chef Betsy will serve delightful sliders that can be customized to your liking. Sides will include her famous guacamole, which she whips to perfection using a special technique. She'll also serve roasted wings, roasted multi-colored potatoes, homemade salsa verde, fennel slaw, and more! Her meal is not only delicious, but completely inspiring. You'll leave wanting to throw a wonderful summer party of your own!

Chef Betsy is a jack of all trades in the kitchen. I've seen the spread of desserts she can whip up and the appetizers and mains she assembles with ease. Her sliders are possibly the cutest I've ever seen and her guacamole is out of this world. She makes things look effortless and can really show you how to make simple comfort foods into gorgeous meals appropriate for parties, everyday meals, and more!

I booked a private cooking baking class with Chef Betsy in Los Angeles to learn how to make holiday cookies and it was such a fun experience. Betsy is simply amazing and I look forward to booking another cooking class with her soon.

I already left a tip. Betsy is great. It was a fun time and the food was delicious. I would like to do more hands on but not sure how that would work out with four people in the kitchen.
Meet your chef
Chef Betsy is classically trained with an inclination toward comfort foods. She grew up in the South, learning about entertaining at a young age. Inspired by the amazing Southern cuisine around her as well as her grandmother's Jewish food, she soon began cooking, baking, and planning menus. Chef Betsy has worked at The New School of Cooking, catered, and frequently provides her pastries to a local cafe. She is happy to accommodate a wide range of dietary restrictions from Kosher to gluten free.
