We made california roll (sushi) and temaki. It would have been nice to cut the cucumber ourselves or receive recipe instructions at the end.

I hosted a private Holiday Party for my team (and their +1), we were blessed with Chef Chris! Everyone had a fabulous time and loved the experience. Chef Chris created a menu that was easy to follow and delicious. He made everyone feel comfortable contributing no matter their skill level in the kitchen. Amazing time…highly recommend it! Words cannot express how thankful I am for Chef Chris!

I reached out to this instructor to see if I can refund or reschedule a class because one of our guests was admitted to the hospital. I got no response what so ever. That’s $375 down the drain!

Unfortunately, I found the whole experience mostly unpleasant. I felt that Chef Chris may have been overwhelmed trying to take care of my group or perhaps just did not enjoy working with us. There were many times that the folks in my group felt like he was snapping at them and being rude and impatient. The entire activity was very behind schedule, and we ended up not eating dinner until well after the event was supposed to have ended. The actual cooking of the dinner was so rushed that the food turned out very poor. Because we were so behind, Chef Chris pretty much cooked the dessert by himself while we ate our dinner. Overall, both the experience and food were disappointing.
