The 4-course French meal was expertly crafted, with the veal chops being the standout dish. Chef Todd and his wife were impeccable hosts, demonstrating remarkable attention to detail and a warm, accommodating demeanor throughout the evening. Their preparation and presentation of each course was top-notch and exceeded all expectations. Even though it was not part of the plan, he kindly included some teaching opportunities with some of his techniques which was very appreciated. The evening was truly a gastronomic delight, and I would highly recommend Chef Todd for any future dining events.

Chef Todd and Millie made a spectacular meal for four for my husband’s birthday at home. Chef Todd was friendly; flexible when I requested a change in the menu; and quick! He and Millie provided excellent service outside on our terrace and left the kitchen cleaner than when they arrived. Highly recommend! Would book again.
