Team Building Activity - Timeless French Favorites

Infuse new life into your team with timeless French cuisine in this team building class.

In this hands-on team building cooking class with Chef Aaron, you and your group will work together to prepare classic French recipes that have stood the test of time and are perfect additions to any aspiring cook’s repertoire.

Begin by folding fresh shrimp into a parchment paper pouch with fennel and lemon then bake to meld all of the flavors together. Next, cook chicken thighs studded with herbs in a silky mustard cream sauce sided by creamy potatoes and roasted asparagus. For dessert, Chef Aaron will teach your team how to bake up a classic French dessert with fruit.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Our team had a great time at Chef Aaron's kitchen! Pacing was great and the team was able to get hands on if they wanted to or step back and socialize and back again! Everyone had fun and enjoyed the food we helped prepare!

Class was great. I cooked more than I was expecting. I was disappointed that chef Aaron hadn’t read my message that I was a vegetarian before class and provided a chicken substitute for the main dish.
