Journey to Asia and explore the seafood delicacies of the region in this team building class.

In this hands-on team building class, you will prepare a fun and creative menu of Asian delicacies with Chef Danushka and your team. You and your team will work together as you learn the skills and techniques necessary to prepare a light, yet satisfying seafood-centric meal bursting at the seams with exciting flavors.

Together you will master essential knife skills, be introduced to new spices and seasonings, and learn how to impressively plate your culinary creations. Chef Danushka also has an incredibly fun dessert to end the evening: tempura bananas.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Danushka is quirky, but in the best way. Once we all warmed up to one another we really enjoyed ourselves. Six people paid for our ravioli class, but only two couples showed up. It turned out that was fine though — a more personal experience. We learned a few things, had good food (including graciously accommodating me being vegetarian), and laughed a lot. 5/5, would do it again. Thank you, Chef!
