Team Building Activity - A Big Italian Pasta Dinner
In this team building cooking class filled with bold flavors, traditional techniques and a whole lot of fun, Chef Chericia will instruct you and your colleagues on how to make fresh pasta from scratch.
After handcrafting aromatic rosemary garlic focaccia, your team will learn how to make spaghetti and meatballs the right way as well as perfected fettuccine noodles to be tossed in the creamiest Alfredo sauce you will ever taste. End on a sweet note by learning the technical skills needed to prepare traditional panna cotta.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
