Get back to the basics in this hands-on classic Italian pasta-making class with Chef Chericia.

In this hands-on class filled with bold flavors, traditional techniques, and a whole lot of fun, Chef Chericia will be instructing you and your colleagues on how to make fresh pasta from scratch.

After being lured in by impossibly flavorful rosemary garlic foccacia, your team will learn how to make spaghetti and meatballs the right way as well as perfected fettuccini noodles to be tossed in the creamiest alfredo sauce you will ever taste. End on a sweet note by learning the technical skills in preparing a zabaione for a classic Italian tiramisu.

Guests are welcome to purchase wine and beer from the venue.

Chef Cherica and her assistant Joy were absolutely amazing!! From the pleasant greeting, to the instructions on preparation, to assisting the team with preparation, to serving, just STELLAR! The food was so delicious!!!! Never in a million years would I have thought that I'd make pasta from scratch! She was also kind enough to provide the team with the recipes of the meals we prepared. I would recommend her services to groups for ladies night, bachelorette parties, corporate events, family events, and the list goes on and on! My team was there on Wednesday evening; and, they are still talking about how fun it was. Thank you Chef Cherica and Joy! Amazing, just simply amazing!!!
