In this hands-on class filled with bold flavors, traditional techniques, and a whole lot of fun, Chef Chericia will be instructing you and your colleagues on how to make fresh pasta from scratch.
After being lured in by impossibly flavorful rosemary garlic foccacia, your team will learn how to make spaghetti and meatballs the right way as well as perfected fettuccini noodles to be tossed in the creamiest alfredo sauce you will ever taste. End on a sweet note by learning the technical skills in preparing a zabaione for a classic Italian tiramisu.
