Team Building - Elegant Italian Cooking

Chef Tanya leads a team-building culinary exploration of upscale, Italian-inspired cuisine.

This culinary course will engage guests to cooperatively make and enjoy a three-course Italian menu together. Chef Tanya will teach teammates how to prepare an elegant selection of recipes and learn new skills in the kitchen.

In this hands-on class, guests start by learning how to make an appetizer of walnut and goat cheese-stuffed endives drizzled with honey balsamic dressing. For the main course, teammates will learn the recipe for classic chicken marsala served with broccolini almandine gremolata and a choice of rice pilaf or angel hair pasta. For dessert, teammates will make crunchy almond biscotti with gelato for a complete Italian culinary experience.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Thank you Tanya for the wonderful night. My wife and I had a great experience. We learned many new cooking tricks, tips, and techniques, and had a really fun time. All the food was delicious and we look forward to cooking the recipes ourselves in the future. Thank you also for leaving our kitchen more clean than it was before you arrived.

I purchased this experience for my friends as their wedding gift. They absolutely loved it and did not have enough nice things to say about Chef Tanya :)

My grandmother taught me Puerto Rican cuisine and the most important ingredient, love. I began to cook professionally at the age of 12 when we moved to New York and a neighbor offered to "keep me busy" at his Italian restaurant. I have not stopped cooking since! My passion and knowledge drive my belief that nutritious food can tantalize the pallet. By refining the art of cooking, I hope to show clients how to enjoy ethnically diverse cuisine in a healthy way.
