This culinary team building cooking class offers an introduction to making modern Spanish tapas by hand. Teammates will learn how to create three savory small bite recipes and a dessert.
Chef Robert guides guests through the craft of making bespoke, upscale tapas. Learn how to create seared tuna wonton tostadas, classic European brochettes, and Oregon Bay shrimp endive bites, mastering professional culinary techniques along the way. To finish up the lesson, teams will make seasonal fruit tartlets and enjoy the meal they created together.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
