Seize a rare opportunity to learn how French natives cook and enjoy their everyday meals. From planning a menu and choosing the ingredients to putting into practice a variety of cooking techniques, Chef Marlène will instruct you and your teammates in the art of French cuisine. Using classic French techniques instilled in her family home and global influences perfected in her culinary education, Chef Marlène will share all the skills and tricks needed to create high-end fusion cooking.
Practice your skills in French cooking by creating a simple three-course menu. You will use fundamental techniques such as searing, roasting and sauce preparations in updated, modern recipes. Scallops, beef Rossini and figs all come together in this elegant team-building class.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

In France, food is a religion. Before becoming a chef, I grew up in France, cooking with my mother and father. I love learning about new ingredients, traveling and sharing my passion with my students. My experience stems from high-end restaurants in London, as well as being a private caterer and cooking instructor. What you will learn with me is not what you find in the books, but what my whole family cooks everyday.
