From planning a menu and choosing the ingredients to putting into practice a variety of cooking techniques, Chef Marlène will instruct you and your teammates in the art of French cuisine. Using classic French techniques instilled in her family home and global influences perfected in her culinary education, Chef Marlène will share all the skills and tricks needed to create high-end fusion cooking.

Practice your skills in French cooking by creating a simple three-course menu. You will use fundamental techniques such as searing, roasting and sauce preparations in updated, modern recipes. Scallops, beef Rossini and figs all come together in this elegant team-building class.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This was a great team building and bonding experience. The entirety of the three course meal was made from scratch by us, with direction from Marlene, and in the end it was a delicious feast with great company.

Chef Marlene was really amazing! We had a great experience learning French cuisine from her. Not only that all the courses were delicious, she also told us insight story behind one of the dish. This was a bridal shower event and the bride really loved the experience and time spent together cooking with her girlfriends. Will recommend to anyone who is looking for a bonding/ teamwork event.

My experience stems from high-end restaurants in London, as well as being a private caterer and cooking instructor.
