Using classic techniques instilled in her family home and global influences perfected in her culinary education, Chef Marlène will share all the skills and tricks needed to create high-end fusion cooking with French flair.
Join your teammates in crafting a sophisticated menu to impress. Chef Marlène’s adventurous menu combining Italian and Thai flavors will challenge your group in its originality and complexity. Begin with lacy Parmesan tuiles, a prawn ravioli with spicy broth, a cod or chicken dish, and finish with a luxurious chocolate fondant with citrus confit.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
