Explore the much-loved Latin favorite, the empanada, in three variations: vegetarian, meat and dessert. Deriving from the Spanish verb, "empanar," meaning to wrap or fold, you and your teammates prepare the dough, fillings and matching sauces during this hands-on cooking class.
In this team building, Chef Danielle shares her Southern California sensibilities and passion for seasonal ingredients and culinary innovation. Delicious meals with a healthy twist are at the heart of her New American cooking style of cooking.
