In this team building class, Chef Danielle shares her Southern California sensibilities and passion for seasonal ingredients and culinary innovation. Delicious meals with a healthy twist are at the heart of her New American cooking mission.

You and your team will prepare a bountiful three-course festive meal to include a healthy yet tantalizing first course. Learn to scallop potatoes like a professional and uncover the secrets of a satisfyingly, decadent dessert with a modern pumpkin pie or remastered apple cheesecake. You will gain the confidence to recreate these dishes in your own home and improvise the recipes with seasonal produce as the seasons change throughout the year.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
