Chef Lee will engage your teammates into some friendly competition as you chop and slice your way through her colorful menu of seasonal produce. Drawing from her Mediterranean roots, Chef Lee’s passion for clean flavors and organic cooking pair perfectly with the best from autumn’s harvest.
Salad lovers rejoice! Chef Lee will guide you through the preparation and assembly of two exotic salads based on the freshest local produce delicately spiced with Israeli and South African influences. Mix and match the sweet and savory salads, add some spicy chicken and conclude with a simple chocolate mousse and sesame biscuits.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
