Begin by charring eggplant to create a smoky, velvety dip. Then, learn braising techniques as you simmer an aromatic Persian stew and layer it together with warm spices. Master fluffy basmati rice with golden tahdig, the crispy, saffron-infused crust. Finally, churn a refreshing pistachio ice cream delicately scented with saffron. Chef Sayeh is a dedicated and passionate educator and international chef. As an expert in global cuisine, Chef Sayeh uses their experience as a winner of Chopped Masters on The Food Network and “Beat Bobby Flay,” in competition-style team-building classes. When they’re not teaching hands-on cooking classes, Chef Sayeh is getting ready to host an upcoming Netflix cooking show.

Great corporate team retreat and team bonding experience. Our team learned several new recipes, ate delicious food, and had a ton of fun working in the kitchen and dining together. Chef Sayeh and her team were wonderful, encouraging, accommodating to our dietary needs, and kept us on task--even though we were a rather large group. I highly recommend this great team-building activity.
