Learn the secrets to impeccable pasta making as Chef Matt guides your team through the intricate steps of creating your very own pasta dough and shapes. Chef Matt has 25 years of professional cooking experience and is skilled at creating a fun, lively atmosphere in the kitchen.

The class will introduce you to an array of recipes that span four unique courses. Start by creating a fresh pasta dough and shaping it into classic pastas including linguini, pappardelle, and farfalle. Learn how to cook rich, traditional Italian sauces like Chef Matt’s homemade pesto and famous Bolognese. Make delicious, seasonal side dishes and a sweet homemade dessert to pair with your pasta main courses.

Enjoy learning together during this hands-on class, then dine on the fruits of your efforts with Chef Matt and his friendly dog Cooper. Vegetarian options are available upon request.

Since then I’ve enjoyed rolling up my sleeves in every role from Private Chef and Kitchen Manager to Event Supervisor and Culinary Instructor.
