The class will introduce you to an array of recipes that span four unique courses. Start by creating a fresh pasta dough and shaping it into classic pastas including linguini, pappardelle, and farfalle. Learn how to cook rich, traditional Italian sauces like Chef Matt’s homemade pesto and famous Bolognese. Make delicious, seasonal side dishes and a sweet homemade dessert to pair with your pasta main courses.

This was our first time Cozymeal experience and it was a blast! Chef Matt and Cooper were fantastic hosts and we can't wait to make the pasta at home.

Matt was amazing. He had a cheese plate waiting for us and walked us through each dish he was going ti prepare. Not only was the food amazing, but Matt was great to talk to and was very open. His house is also very comfortable and a great place to have dinner. I will definitely book with Matt again.

Chef Matt made our team event a great experience - his home is warm and welcoming and he was great company as he taught us different pasta making techniques. In the end, we all sat down for a delicious dinner!
