Dishes of classic Americana easily qualify as comfort food: they’re hearty, usually simple to make, and have that old-fashioned, headed-to-the-diner appeal that make them feel of a different era. Guided by Chef Douglas, you and your team will create elevated takes on nostalgic classics, like cream of mushroom soup, pork tenderloin, mashed potatoes, and zucchini noodles, working together to prepare warm and filling entrées. At the end, you’ll finish off with a simple and delicious chocolate or lemon dessert, a perfect way to end a comforting evening of cooking, eating, and bonding with your team.

Note: Chef Douglas cooks with fresh, local and organic ingredients, when possible. Occasionally, certain products are not available. When this happens, Chef Douglas will substitute the ingredients or dish with something similar.

Evening was wonderful. Douglas really knew what he was doing and I learned a lot --heard some things I had never heard before about cooking. He was very kind and the food was great. We made a lot of stuff. He gave us his email address and said if we email him he will give us the recipes. Really fun, full evening.
