Get fancy with your colleagues by making a high-end French meal.

If your team wants to learn the secrets to creating top-notch restaurant fare, you’ve come to the right place. Chef Alejandra has experience working at three-star Michelin restaurants, and will teach you and your colleagues the ins and outs of preparing a gourmet French meal from the ground up.

You’ll work together to cook an egg en cocotte appetizer with truffle oil, an incredible duck entrée roasted in a flavorful apricot sauce, and, to finish off the evening, a delicate dessert of miniature pies with rose-shaped apples. Bond over creating an amazing upscale dining experience, then enjoy it with colleagues over a wine your team has brought.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Everyone likes food, but there are some people who really love it! I was 9 years old the first time I cooked for my family. Since then I knew I wanted to be a chef. I am originally from Ecuador but I have Iived and worked in France for the past 8 years. I had the opportunity to study at one of France's best culinary schools, Institut Paul Bocuse, and have worked with several 3 star Michelin chefs like Guy Savoy, Alain Ducasse and others. I can't wait to teach you my cuisine and techniques!
