Learn to cook a variety of incredible Thai and Japanese dishes!
In this Thai-Japanese fusion cooking class, Chef Alejandra will guide your team in preparing a delicious fusion dinner together. She'll share knowledge and stories from her time managing Thai food trucks in France and working in 3-star Michelin restaurants.
Her class encourages teams to work together by splitting them into groups to challenge one another. Your team will learn how to prepare a green papaya salad with green beans, cherry tomatoes, and peanuts together. Chef Alejandra will task your team with grilling salmon in a sesame crust, which you'll enjoy alongside cold soba noodles with a refreshing ginger-lime vinaigrette. For dessert, the final hurdle, one team will try a new take on a Thai classic by pairing grilled mango with tapioca and coconut milk.
At the end of the class everyone will sit down and enjoy the fruits of their labor together. The benefits of cooking as a team building class are confirmed by research, and you'll leave satisfied and ready to add some amazing Thai dishes to your meal repertoire!

Everyone likes food, but there are some people who really love it! I was 9 years old the first time I cooked for my family. Since then I knew I wanted to be a chef. I am originally from Ecuador but I have Iived and worked in France for the past 8 years. I had the opportunity to study at one of France's best culinary schools, Institut Paul Bocuse, and have worked with several 3 star Michelin chefs like Guy Savoy, Alain Ducasse and others. I can't wait to teach you my cuisine and techniques!
