Team Building Activity - Scratch-Made Comfort Food
Gather your team for a unique way to build connections and harness culinary techniques.
Invite your team to explore a new way to build camaraderie: With an immersive culinary team-building experience. They will gain new kitchen skills by practicing knife work, different techniques to cook meat and learning to balance flavors to create mouthwatering sauces and sides using premium, seasonal ingredients.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef was great, I just feel that the context of the class was very poor. Nothing to excited. The dessert was definitely not the best. Coming from NYC and being in the catering business my expectations were high.

There was no class at the venue I booked. Chef was a no show!!! We got a confirmation an hour before class with the location booked. We showed up and the venue said Cozy had not reserved the class for 1pm today. Very disappointing...especially for a valentines day present.

This was the first time for me to take a cooking class. I look forward to doing it again! The chef was very enthusiastic and explained the process well as we worked. I came away feeling I can do this again at home and look forward to homemade pasta dishes.

Absolutely loved the class. I'm an experienced baker and have wanted to make macarons. The instructor was extremely knowledgeable. I enjoyed the class so much, I'm considering taking the class again as it was so much fun!!!

I loved the class. The ladies I was paired up with were a little chatty so was hard to listen to chef! Before class I was very intimidated but after class I was I got this! Excited to try making fresh pasta my self! Great class over all would definitely take again!

Born into a family of cooks and chefs, Chef Jaken has always had a strong passion for food. After attending culinary school, he began his professional career, learning a variety of culinary trades from gourmet chefs. Chef Jaken has created his own cooking techniques over the years and continues to push himself past his limits in the kitchen. He looks forward to passing on his knowledge and skills through immersive cooking classes.
