Chef Doug guides your team in a friendly competition with this fun charcuterie board lesson.
In this on-site team building experience, Chef Doug will travel to your office to demonstrate elevated methods for creating a stunning charcuterie board and host a fun competition to see who can compose the best board.
After showing you how to arrange an enticing array of meats, cheeses and accompaniments, Chef Doug will share advanced techniques for perfecting your board, such as making cured meat roses and showcasing precise knife cuts for presenting different cheeses. Bring your team's favorite wine for an introductory lesson in wine and cheese pairing. Once you have learned the basics, teams will compete to craft the most bountiful board.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Our experience with Chef Doug was fantastic! Not only was the food amazing, but he was wonderful company to have over for the evening and he left our kitchen cleaner than it was when he arrived. We can’t wait to try the recipes he left us again and can’t recommend him enough!

Doug was fantastic. He did a ton of prep to get our meal dialed in, and then taught us how to do the shopping for the special ingredients and prepare all the recipes while improving our skills. The food was amazing - a phenomenal meal - and it was great fun spending the day with Doug.

Chef Doug was just excellent. I could tell he really cared about my girlfriend and I learning and having an excellent evening. The food was delicious and I’d be happy to try cooking the main course sometime soon. Chef Doug is an all around good person who gave us a great experience. Would certainly recommend to others and I’m planning to schedule him for my mom’s birthday soon. Thanks!
