Make the most of your team's mystery basket ingredients to score a mouthwatering win.
This team building experience combines creative problem solving and collaboration with freshness and flavor, as teams face off to deliver the best meal built with ingredients found in their mystery basket. Chef Casey will guide you through proper technique and flavor pairings, all while preparing a delightful sorbet. In this exciting culinary improv, each team will prepare an appetizer and entree using the same ingredients, with their final dishes measured by their creativity, utilization of ingredients, taste and presentation. The winner gets to enjoy their sorbet with a smug smile.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

With his classical training and years of industry experience in some of the best restaurants in Oregon, Chef Casey brings undeniable energy and skill to his cooking classes. He's a certified chef de cuisine, continuing his education with courses at the Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley. Chef Casey is eager to share his passion for gastronomy with others, especially his love of homegrown herbs and fresh seasonal ingredients.
