What You’ll Do

Learn the art of pasta-making with this fun group challenge.

Bring your group together for a team building activity that combines creativity, collaboration and delicious homemade pasta. Guided by a skilled chef, your group will learn the art of making egg pasta dough from scratch – kneading, rolling and cutting it into ribbons of fettuccine. As the pasta rests, simmer sun-ripened tomatoes, garlic, fresh basil and extra-virgin olive oil to create a zesty marinara sauce. When the cooking is done, expertly plate your pasta dishes for a friendly competition and bragging rights. Then, sit down with your group and savor your delicious creations.

Perfect for birthdays, celebrations or any special gathering, this flavorful experience brings people together one bite at a time.

This experience is fully mobile and beginner-friendly, so you can host it anywhere: your office, event space or one of our partner venues in Portland. No kitchen is needed and all necessary materials, including food ingredients and cooking tools, are provided for the class. Please note that travel fees may apply beyond the city center.
