Bring your crew together to collaborate on a homemade gourmet sushi spread.

Chef Harold hosts this hands-on team building cooking class that focuses on a handful of stunning sushi creations. It's an interactive lesson in creating the trendiest sushi selections around!

Begin by preparing sushi tacos alongside your team filled with tuna tartare, and your choice of ball-shaped sushi or crispy wontons filled with tuna and salmon tartare. Then, it's onto tempura hand rolls filled with your choice of sweet potatoes or shrimp, and classic spicy tuna rolls. Finish up your team building activity with a lesson in fruit coconut jelly featuring mango.

Guests are welcome to purchase wine and beer from the venue.

We absolutely loved our couples sushi cooking class with Chef Harold! After he made us spicy salmon cupcakes and spicy tuna tacos (his own invention), we learned how to make hand rolls, and roll our own sushi. He’s an excellent teacher, and told us a bit about his career. He brought everything, including the pots and pans! And then he cleaned up the kitchen and shared photos and videos of our evening. It was delicious and there was plenty for leftovers.
