Bring your crew together to collaborate on a gourmet sushi spread.

Chef Harold hosts this team building cooking class with sushi as the main course. It's an interactive lesson in creating the trendiest sushi selections around!

Begin by preparing sushi tacos alongside your team filled with tuna tartare, and your choice of temari sushi or crispy wonton cupcakes with tuna and salmon tartare. Then, it's onto tempura hand rolls filled with your choice of sweet potato or shrimp, and spicy tuna rolls. Finish up your team building activity with a lesson in fruit coconut jelly featuring mango and coconut milk.

Guests are welcome to purchase wine and beer from the venue.

From the moment Chef Harold arrived, he was committed to providing us the full cooking experience. He was respectful, engaging, and never once let a dull moment pass by as he progressed through each dish. The food was excellent, and he even made sure to capture the experience with multiple photo opportunities. 10/10, would highly recommend to anyone considering this class - I fully intend to use him again to learn and experience a new dish (chicken wings, probably!)
