Discover a gourmet menu of authentic Spanish fare during this one-of-a-kind team building experience.
In this hands-on team building experience with Chef Elliott, you and your team will learn how to prepare an authentic four-course Spanish menu using a wide variety of high-quality ingredients and smart culinary techniques.
Chef Elliott will begin by teaching you and your team how to prepare two popular Spanish tapas: Spanish-style toast rubbed with ripe tomatoes (pan tumaca) and braised pork cheeks (carrillada). Then, you will learn how to build layers of flavor in a traditional Spanish paella before ending on a sweet note with homemade churros for dessert.
Guests are welcome to purchase wine and beer from the venue.

Chef Elliott is an acclaimed chef with many culinary achievements under his belt, including serving a slew of celebrities and athletes as a personal chef, launching his own brand of food seasoning full of soul, owning a catering company, and appearing on the Food Network to showcase his cooking skills. Chef Elliott's talents are definitely sought after, as he knows how to prepare stunning dishes from scratch.
