In this hands-on team building class with Chef Joaselyn, you will learn how to prepare a spread of authentic, restaurant-worthy Spanish tapas and small plates using easy-to-master culinary techniques.

Some of the tapas and small plates you can look forward to mastering with your team include traditional patatas bravas served with a homemade salsa and garlic aioli, handcrafted Spanish ham or mushroom croquetas, savory sirloin skewers with homemade salsa verde, and classic Spanish cream-filled puff pastry complete with chocolate and raspberries for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
