In this sushi-making class, Chef Leo will take you above and beyond everyday rolls and knife cuts to show you more advanced techniques. Starting with larger pieces of fish, you'll learn to break them down into their component parts, which you can then turn into both sushi and sashimi. Chef Leo will also introduce more exotic ingredients, like fresh uni, into the class.
The class will take place at a private gallery space in Santa Monica with Chef Leo. Guests are welcome to bring their own beer or wine.
